Every category has one published price, $5 to $25, and it depends on the type of work — never on you, and never on when you post. Grouped by trade; open a group to see it.
One contractor per job
Accepting closes the job. Nobody else can accept it and nobody else is charged for it, so there is no race and nobody to argue with about who got hired — and the customer knows their details went to you and to nobody else.
You see the job before you pay
The customer's own words, their photographs and the ZIP code are all on the board, free. Only the address and the contact details wait for the fee — so you are never buying blind, and the fee is for the lead, not the work.
You decide what a job is worth taking with everything but the phone number in front of you.
Refunds
If something was wrong with a job, tell us what happened from your accepted jobs — a person reads it against our refund policy and decides on the circumstances.
