How a crew works here
- You add a crew member with their phone number or email. On the roster on your account page. There is no signup form for them to find.
- Adding them is the invitation. They are invited on the contact you give — a link that sets up their account: a password, and they are looking at the work you assign them. Nothing to install, and adding somebody again simply invites them again.
- You accept the job, pay for it, and settle the details with the customer. Then you assign it to whoever is doing it. A crew member never accepts work and never touches the account's money — that stays yours on purpose.
- They see the jobs assigned to them, in their own section. For their assignments and nothing else — not the account, not each other's work. A crew member is sent to a job, not given the company. The card below is exactly what that looks like.
- One bill on one card. The card is the company's. Nobody on your crew needs one, because nobody on your crew ever pays for anything.
What a crew member sees
The job you assigned: what the customer wrote, and the address to go to. That is the whole screen, and what is missing from it is the point.

Why there is no price on it
Nobody on your crew pays for anything, so nobody on your crew is shown a price. What a job cost the account is the account's business, on the account page.
Why the customer's number is not on it
You worked out the details with the customer before you assigned the job, and the customer hears from the company, not from whoever was free on Tuesday. The person you send gets the address and the work — the customer relationship stays yours.
What it costs
The same as it costs a sole trader, because the pricing has not changed: $5 to $25 per job you accept, published per type of work, shown on the job before you pay and never changed afterwards. Adding crew costs nothing — no charge per person, no subscription, no minimum. The full schedule is here.
- You pay only when you accept. Not for the chance at a job, and never for a lead somebody else also bought.
- Accepting closes the job. Nobody else is called. You are not one of four firms racing to a phone that has already been answered.
- Nothing to lose on a slow month. A firm with five crews and a quiet February pays us nothing in February.
Everything else reads the same
Finding work, accepting it, and what happens when a job goes nowhere are identical for a firm and a sole trader — everything on the contractor page applies to you exactly as it reads.
